The Premier Electric Theatre was built in 1912. Later became the Premier Cinema and finally Walkers Bingo Hall. The Bingo hall closed it's doors on 9th November 2013, and now lies empty. The front facade of the building with its semi-circular glass stained windows (installed in the 1930) is a a wonderful piece of history and it is hoped any developer would not destroy it.
