This photograph of Nottingham Road was taken in the 1930s, after the alteration to the frontage of the Premier Electric Theatre. On the left is J. Abbot & Co. grocery store, followed by Henry Ward, drapers (on the corner of Victoria Street). On the right is the newsagents which belonged to Albert Morris at the time.
